Often described as bitchy or a bad girl, Azura is your typical rebellious teenage girl. She'd just as soon be living in a box on the side of the road than stuck where she is, and isn't afraid to make it known. To everyone. She protests just about everything there is to protest, and is known for being the one to start debates on the most controversial topics. Azura is also terribly promiscuous, and her nightly escapades are common gossip, much to her parents' dismay. Not that she really cares. The more attention she gets, the better.
In contrast to this, she has a terribly romantic soul that she never lets anyone see. Due to her roots, Azura takes particular pleasure in studying the Arthurian legends, and reads anything she can get her hands on relating to them. Her favorite genres of music are Celtic and New Age, the soothing melodies and soft rhythms calming her seemingly constant anger. She enjoys writing poetry, though she never presents her work ot anyone. She keeps all her most personal belongings under lock and key, not even her family able to come near them.

At The Back Of The Mind.

History: Azura was born to Clement and Océane Baudouin, and was a hanful from day one. She was constantly getting into things she wasn't supposed to, making messes and generally wreaking havoc. She couldn't keep a sitter for long, the person usually quitting after only a night. Her parents, horrified at the idea of raising an unruly child, hoped that she might grow out of it with age. This idea was slowly deflated until the child reached four with no changes. It was then that they cracked down, enforcing strict rules with harsh punishments in hopes to straighten their daughter out before things got out of hand.
The punishment worked for awhile, Azura going along to church and obediently doing what was required of her without complaint. Clement and Océane were happy, thinking that they'd disciplined the rebel out of their daughter. That is, until she turned thirteen. It started off small, things like Azura getting more lippy or slacking off in the few jobs she had. Eventually, however, it snowballed, lippy turning to flat out disrespect to authority of any kind, slacking off becoming a complete lack of interest in anything. Azura openly rebelled against her parents almost anywhere, and was often having to be woken up halfway through Mass.
By the time she reached womanhood, she was bordering on being disowned, always fighting with her parents and never obeyng any of the rules laid before her. She had become something equivalent to the town tramp, and was quite popular with the male population. She hates living in the town, and is counting down the days until she is married and can get away. She can't wait to get out and start a life of her own, and expresses this desire to anyone and everyone who will listen.
The only thing she has really come to enjoy is fighting vampires with her friend Rosabel. Of course, no she's not really fighting them, considering she's in love with the second-in-command of the reigning vampire coven. She meets with him clandestinely on a nightly basis, keeping his secrets and also doing a little spy work for the vampires. Of course, she has made it clear that she has a strong alliance to both groups, and will not be a part of any plots to bring her friends down. She would make such a statement to Rosabel, but wouldn't dare reveal her dealings with the vampires for fear of her position.
