Underneath The Clothes.
Likes: Sunday mornings, fresh bread, the smell of honeysuckles in the garden, the sun setting, books that make her feel happy, reading late at night as her parents are sleeping, lemons, meeting new people, dancing in the rain, the smell of newly washed hair, the smell of a new book, the smell of old leather, the sound of someone sitting on leather, the sound of crickets, singing, playing the harp, performing, a soft breeze, the sound of her cats’ meows, barefoot on the sand, the feeling of her skin after washing frosting off it, Paris at twilight time, twilight time, the smell of jasmines, soft fabric against her skin, fire in the fire place, having a late night snack, and the smell of her cats’ fur after they’ve lain in the sun.
Dislikes: Waking up early Monday morning, the word “no”, being misunderstood, the human body, religion used as an excuse to do wrong, her mother’s nagging, poorly written books, confined areas, needles , being called anorexic just because she is thin, being thought of as a complete good girl, inane comments, really hot days, waiting in long lines, disappointment, burning hot sand at the beach, stepping in her cats’ throw up, scratches, waking up with knotty hair, and the smell of stale milk.
Personality: Hannah has a girlish innocence to her, yet she appears to be quite mature in her conversation and reactions to things. She loves to laugh and have a good time, though she can feel pain with equal emotion. Helena can have a vicious temper. When someone hurts her, she lashes out with wit, anger, and a sharp tongue. Hannah is strong, though. When hurt, she feels the pain, but she does not dwell on it. Instead she works through the pain to become a stronger person. Hannah has been hurt a few times, but she is not afraid to open herself up again. The only walls she builds are from shyness.
Hannah is also strong willed. It is hard to get her to do something she doesn't want to do, unless she knows it is the right thing. She doesn't like the word 'no' used on her. And she doesn't give into peer pressure.
Hannah is a hopeless romantic. She always wants the happy ending and everything to be romantic. Hannah cannot easily forgive and is extremely critical of others and herself. She is a little insecure about the way she looks, though she tries to be confident about it.

At The Back Of The Mind.

History: Hannah was born in the city of Dark where her parents were born and raised as well. As a child she would lock herself up in her room and read, letting her mind expand beyond the limits of reality, feeding her curiosity with fantasies and nightmares. Perhaps her first real encounter with a vampire was when she was four years old. She had left her cat outside and late at night went searching for it. She came across a vampire, though memories are hazy and she only remembers returning home, her cat in her arms.
As a pre-teen and teenager, Hannah continued reading and was the school newspaper editor. She had dreams then of writing for the New York Times, or making it big on rime time tv, but of course her dreams never came true. She got into a small college called St. John's College in Maryland where she graduated with the major of philosophy and math. Right after graduating, her father died and she had to go back home, but luckily she found a job at the InfoSpot, an online news station. Starting off with just articles, she finally got a job in front of the camera, covering hard hitting news, particularly deaths and disappearances.
