All was silent in the home of Cavan Carrick,nothing was around his apartment except for Cavan--he was asleep upstairs inside his small freezer,his mind and heart dreaming of Sandy--he then felt something approuching his apartment and he opened his eyes and sat up with a gasp,the door opening as he whispered,"Sandy..."

Within about five minutes,Cavan dressed in a grey sweatshirt and sweatpants as he made his way downstairs,he could smell Sandy's familar scent--something was odd--something was different about her--what was wrong? He then pressed a button twice on a remote to his door,he then replied,"It's open!"

Sandy Anderssen had finally decided. She was ready. She put on her new pink dress, which she knew Cavan would love, sliver heels, pretty painted necklace with pink roses on it and her pearl earrings. She put her straighener through her already straight hair, just to make sure it looked perfect. She, for some reason, always wanted to look pretty for Cavan. After quickly doing her make up, Sandy grabbed her iPhone, putting it in her purse and left her apartment. She got in her truck and drove to Cavan's house. She hoped he was home. She went to the door and knocked quietly. Please be home. she thought. "It's open!" She took a quick breath in as she heard Cavan's voice from within. He always made her catch her breath. She turned the knob of his door and entered his apartment. She set her purse on a side table just inside the door. "Cavan?" she called, "It's me."

"Sandy--"Cavan replied as he saw her walk in,he then walked down from his staircase and over to her,he kissed her quickly and replied,"I sensed you were coming,Sandy--"Cavan then looked at Sandy's clothes and raised his eyebrow,"Sandy,why are you all dressed up? What's the occasion?"

"Sandy--" Sandy turned to the stairs as she heard Cavan's voice say her name. A smile spread across her face. "I sensed you were coming,Sandy--" She nodded. She knew Cavan would know she was coming. "Sandy,why are you all dressed up? What's the occasion?" She raised an eyebrow. "Can't I dress nice for you?" she said innocently and the giggled. She kissed his lips softly. She smiled softly when she pulled away. "I think I forgot to say hello." she kissed his lips softly again and then breathed, "Hello.". Her breath was warm against his lips. She smiled lightly.

"Hello..."Cavan replied breathlessly,kissing her back with an equal passion--now he knew why he only dreamt of her while he slept in his freezer--he was in love and he liked it--but even he knew when his love had something upon his mind. Cavan then caressed Sandy's cheek and replied,"My love,is there something wrong? I am sensing you have something on your mind..."

Sandy smiled as Cavan said hello back, his breath cool on her lips. She kissed him back with a passion. He filled her dreams at night...or durning the day, if she was with Cavan all night. She smiled lightly as Cavan stroked her cheek. "My love,is there something wrong? I am sensing you have something on your mind..." "Yes," she said, "I've been thinking, Cavan...." She stroked his cheek now gently as she spoke, "And I've decided something." she smiled softly, "First, I realized that you are the only person in my life that matters to me. You are also the only person who loves me in my life.... Her face became saddened for a moment, No one has loved me since my family died..." A soft smile slowly brightened her features as she continued. "But then...Then I met you and.." she had tears in her eyes, "I learned to love again and I learned to let someone in to my life again and love me. I knew from the moment I met you that you weren't gonna leave me. My life became changed for the better after I met you and..." Her tears slowly spilled over, "And from the moment I met you, I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you and only you... but I realized that probilly couldn't happen while I'm a human and you're a vampire..." She smiled softly and said, "Cavan, I decided something..." she said and leaned her forehead against his and entwined their fingers together. She whispered to him, "I'm ready....if you are that is." She remembered Cavan said when she was under the vampire drug that he had to prepare himself to see her like that again. Sandy wondered if he had prepaired himself.

Cavan listened to every word that Sandy was saying and he realized what she was getting at--she had decided that she wanted to be turned--ever since that day that she had been given the vampire drug,he had done nothing but spend time with her and was preparing himself every day. Cavan then leaned his head against her forehead as he whispered,"I have been preparing myself already,Sandy--I'm ready too--are you sure you're ready for this? Once I have turned you,there's no going back--"

Sandy looked into Cavan's eyes as their foreheads were leaned against each others. "I have been preparing myself already,Sandy--I'm ready too--" She nodded. She was definately ready. "are you sure you're ready for this? Once I have turned you,there's no going back--" Sandy nodded. "Cavan," she said, her thumb stroking the back of his hand as her forehead still leaned against his. "I have nothing left in this life." she said, "My family is already gone. I have no one but you. I am definately sure I am ready." Sandy smiled as she looked into Cavan's eyes, "I want to be with you forever, Cavan. You are the only thing I've had to live for in this life, with the hope we could be together. Now we can be."

Cavan smiled and replied,"I love you,Sandy...I love you so much."Cavan then kissed her lips quickly and then kissed down to her neck to where he felt a pulsing vein. Cavan then whispered the words that he said when he first drank her blood,"At some point,you are going to have to stop me."Cavan then slowly plunged his fangs into Sandy's flesh,thus beginning the vampire changing process.

Sandy looked into Cavan's eyes. "I love you,Sandy...I love you so much." "And I love you," she said, "Much more than I have ever loved anyone before." She kissed him back, a great deal of passion in her end of the kiss, but not too much, as always. Soon, she wouldn't have to be careful. She was soon to be his forever. She was already his but now she would be his forever and that thought made Sandy smile. "At some point,you are going to have to stop me." She nodded, even though she has no idea when he should stop in this whole process. Cavan kissed down Sandy's neck and that sent chills up and down her spine. She took a sharp intake of breath as Cavan plunged his fangs into the already pale skin of her neck. It was the first time Cavan had ever bit her neck for he always took blood from her wrist. It felt amazingly good to her but it also hurt, but not too much yet.

Cavan had never drank from Sandy's neck--always he had drank from her wrist and it had been so long since he drank blood from someone's neck and now it was the neck of his love--Cavan held onto Sandy as he drank more and more of her blood,he hoped that she would hold onto him so that she wouldn't fall over as he was drinking her blood--like he would let her fall.

Sandy wrapped her arms around Cavan as he drank her blood. Her fingers gripped at his shoulder and neck pretty strongly at first and slowly, as he was drinking more of her blood, her grip became lighter and lighter. She felt herself become more lightheaded then she had ever felt in her life. "Cavan..." she whispered softly as her grip became even looser.

Cavan heard Sandy whisper his name and immediately drew his mouth from Sandy's neck and slowly laid her down upon the ground,he laid her down on the ground,laying her on his lap as he drew his fingernail across his wrist and drew blood,Cavan then whispered to Sandy,"Drink,drink from me and live..."

Sandy felt so weak as Cavan withdrew his mouth from her neck. As he layed her down on the floor, her head in his lap, she looked up at him. There was almost no light in her blue eyes. She was confused for a moment as he cut his own wrist but then she realized she had to drink from him. "Drink,drink from me and live..." Sandy's fingers weakly wrapped themselves around Cavan's arm as she brought her mouth to his wrist. It was a bit ironic that she had to drink for Cavan's wrist, as he always drunk from hers before. Slowly, her mouth met Cavan's wrist and she began to drink his blood.

When Sandy's lips touched Cavan's wrist,Cavan gasped sharply,this was the first time he had ever turned anyone and the first time he had someone drink HIS blood but he knew he made the right choice as he wanted to spend his vampire years with Sandy as his vampiress. Cavan then slowly shut his eyes as he awaited when he would feel lightheaded and removed his mouth from Sandy's throat.
