Rosabel nodded and replied,"Alright--"Rosabel didn't even look back to see Darcy talking to the bartender. She just grasped her dress skirt and walked up the stairs. She then walked to his office and opened the door,she saw that it was about as large as her office back at Blood Night. Rosabel then saw there was a couch there and so she sat upon it--awaiting for Darcy to come into the office.

When Darcy were finished talking with the bartender, he went up the stairs, and in to his office where Rosabel already sat on the couch. He smiled at her lightly and said:
"I hope I didn't kept you waiting too long"
He knew that it had been just some seconds, but thought that there were nothing wrong with being too polite.
"You were asking for something to drink..."
He said as he went over to the small bar he had standing in the office, and he pulled out a flask of really expensive red wine, and poured it into two crystal glasses, and sat down besides Rosabel, handing her one.

"Oh,no.."Rosabel replied with a gentle smile as she replied,"You didn't keep me waiting for too long."Rosa then was surprised that he remembered that she wanted something to drink."Oh,yes...I am glad that you remembered that I needed a drink."Rosabel then thanked him as he handed her the glass,she then took a sip of the red wine as she replied,"Mmm...this is delicious--what year is this wine?"

Darcy took a sip of the wine and answered:
"It's from 1892."
He took another sip and looked into Rosabel's eyes with a light smile.
"So... You wanted to talk?"
This he had waited for for years, talking to Rosabel. He had talked to her before, off course, but not like this. Rosabel wanted to talk to him, perhaps no he would know what she wanted.

Rosabel almost choked upon her sip of the wine as she coughed and said,"1892? I didn't know wine could last that long. Rosabel then heard his question and she replied,"Yes,I wanted to talk to you--I wasn't sure what to talk to you about--I just--I don't know--I felt I was being rather strange out on the dance floor."

Darcy just smiled at her reaction, and then nodded slightly when he listened to what she said.
"Strange? You were never strange, but surely there must be something you know you want to talk about, something you would want to ask be, perhaps?"
Darcy wanted to get everything possible out of Rosabel.

"Yes--there is something I have always wondered--why have you always had a hatred towards me?"Rosabel wanted to fiqured out why the leader of the vampires hated the leader of the resistance. It was a question that plagued her mind--"I have never really understood."Rosa then awaited his reply.

Darcy looked down in the glass, and then back at Rosabel again.
"It's very simple. The resistance kill vampires, and you... Are their leader. It's nothing personal really."
Darcy smiled lightly, hoping he hadn't screwed things up, but that was the truth.

"Isn't that the way things always are?"Rosabel asked as she looked away and blushed some as she replied,"You know,the resistance doesn't mean to be harmful to vampires--we only hurt those who harm innocent people--I know that vampires need blood to live but there is some vampires in your group that kill without thinking of whom they are killing!"

Inside, Darcy smiled for himself, because he knew he was one of those vampires, but to Rosabel, he nodded. He had been quite angry with what Rosabel had said. 'Yeah right' he had thought, but he did not show it. How could he answer to this without loosing Rosabel, or himself.
"I assure you Rosabel, that we do not kill in vane. None of us do."

Rosabel knew he was lying but she would dare not say it--she just nodded and replied,"I believe you,Darcy--but I would keep your vampires in check."Rosa then asked him,"Now that I have asked you somethings--now I ask--do you have any questions of me?"Rosabel wondered what the question would be.

Darcy just let her comment pass, but if he hadn't had this plan, she would be in shreds right now. When she asked him if he had any question, he thought for a moment. He could come up with many questions, but none that would be any good in this situation, so he just but on his charm again, leaned to Rosabel and said, in a bit lower voice:
"How can someone like you, be so beautiful?"

Rosabel leaned back slightly,her back almost on the couch as she replied,her eyes sparkling to him,"I..I don't know--I...I guess it's something within me..." How can someone like you be so handsomeRosabel thought which was true--Darcy was so handsome and yet,even though she was a leader of the resistance---she felt like she wasn't at the moment.

Darcy thought for himself and smiled at Rosabel.
"Yes there is definitely something with you... I always thought that the leader of the resistance would be... Well... Different."
Darcy took a sip of the wine, and leaned back again.

For the first time within their meeting,Rosabel actually gave a light laugh--he was most definately the charmer--no wonder why so many humans fell for his charm and were turned. Rosabel then smiled and asked him,"Well,how different did you think the leader was suppose to be?"
