As Feder drank Penelope's blood,there was something within Penny's blood that he found very delicious. He detected a taste of strawberries or raspberries,he didn't know what it was but he was hypnotized. Federico thought he had drank enough of her blood as he pulled away from her throat slowly,gasping and taking a deep breath.

Penny was accually liking how it felt when Federico drank her blood. No, liking wasn't a strong enough word. She was loving how it felt and she then knew it. She was in love with him after just meeting him. Love at first sight. She let another quiet mown of pleasure escape from her lips. She was a little surprised when he pulled back so quickly but she guessed he was full. "You feeling better?" she asked Federico, feeling a little light headed. |

Federico wiped the blood off of his lips and nodded in reply. He then replied,"Yes,much better."Federico then thought he would ask about the other vampire he had smelled upon her. Federico then asked her,"Penelope,this is not the first time that you have had a vampire take your blood,is it?"

Penelope nodded when Federico said he was all right. She was glad he was okay. She could feel herself falling more and more for him as she looked at him. There was no denying it. Penelope was pretty much completely in love with Federico. Then she heard his question. "Penelope,this is not the first time that you have had a vampire take your blood,is it?" She shook her head. "My vampire friend has taken my blood." she told him, "He had a sudden urge for my blood when I was hanging out with him...a few weeks ago. I let him take my blood, as long as he promised not to turn or kill me." She was looking down as she spoke and then she looked up at him. "Feder," she said, "I trust you enough to let you take my blood and that doesn't come too often.." She had stood up when she spoke to him and by the time she got to "often", she was starting to lose her balance. |

Federico caught Penelope when she was starting to lose balance. Federico held her within his arms as he whispered,"Penelope...you need to take things a bit slow--you need some rest."Federico couldn't resist but he had to admit but with Penny in his arms,he felt he could be extremely happy with her within his arms.Feder had decided--he did love her and was not afraid to admit it.

A true gentleman, catching a girl when she falls. thought Penelope approvingly when he caught her when she started to lose her balance. "Penelope...you need to take things a bit slow--you need some rest." She usually didn't like it when boys made a fuss over her but she actually kind of liked it when Feder made a fuss over her. She shook her head weakly when Feder said she needed rest. "I'll be fine." she assured him with a weak smile. It was clear that Penny needed rest but she wasn't the type of girl who did what she was told...easily for she was stubborn. |

Federico held Penelope in his arms and he thought about telling her of his love for her. But then he thought against it,he was rushing this too quickly. He needed to reevaluate his thoughts--he then pulled away from Penny,walking backwards. This was impossible--a human and a vampire could never be together. Federico then whispered,his voice choking up,"Penny,I'm sorry--I--I have to go."Federico,with tears in his eyes,then ran---if he did love her,he could not imagine seeing her in anymore pain for being with him.

Penelope felt safe, like she belonged in Feder's arms. Was this true love? She didn't know for sure. But with her being a human and him being a vampire...Could it really work? That's a question that Penny didn't know the answer to. "Penny,I'm sorry--I--I have to go." Penny noticed Feder's tears "Feder?" she asked, her voice worried, "Are you okay?" She watched him run. "Feder?" she called after him. |

Feder could not hear Penelope's cries,he was already within his car,driving off into the distance,tears rolling down his eyes as he whispered her name to himself. He knew she would hate him for this but this was what he had to do--it was all for her. He knew it was--
