He got thoughtful for a minute and then looked at Rosa and smiled softly.

That soft smile tempted Rosa to ask him--ask him what she had been thinking to ask him the whole time he was here. Rosa really wanted to know what he felt about her and Eloise was no help---not at all. Rosabel then looked in Darcy's eyes and asked him,"What are your feelings for me?"Rosabel knew she liked him--but she wanted to know if anything had changed after she was turned--did he still want to kill her or no?

Darcy didn't show that he had feared that question, he just thought for a minute and then answered:
"I don't turn anyone... So of course you are special to me"
Yes, perfectly vague. Of course the person you turn is special to the vampire...

"How special?"Rosabel asked but she then sat up and replied,"Okay,this is killing me,Darcy--I have been hiding this secret in my heart ever since that day that you turned me--"Rosabel then got off and walked off to the side of the room,gripping her arms as she prepared to pour out her heart."I have fallen in love with you."Rosabel then winced,waiting for Darcy to dismiss her.

Darcy kept calm as Rosabel pored her heart out, although it was hard. He didn't really know how to react, or if he should tell her what he felt. What DID he feel? Actually it was quite clear, but he still had a hard time to accept it.
"I... I don't know what to say."
That she had fallen in love with him was no news to Darcy, but he played along.

Rosabel shut her eyes as she gripped her hands on her arms as she replied,"Eloise was right---I told her that I loved you and she said that you wouldn't know how to react to my words--"Rosa then looked at Darcy,blood tears about to come out of her eyes as she replied,"If you want me to leave,I'll understand--"

Darcy slowly walked over to Rosabel and took her head in his hands. He saw she was about to cry and held her in his arms.
"Don't cry... I don't you to leave, ok?"
He let go of the hug and held her head in his hands again, and he looked her deep into her now read eyes.

Rosa's tears were drying up some as her eyes softened when Darcy's hands held her head,Rosa couldn't resist when she leaned to Darct and gently kissed him on the lips,she slowly shut her eyes as she knew this was what she wanted--her being her with him ande yes,she loved him--there was no doubt of that at all. But she wanted to know how he felt towards her.

Darcy kissed her back and he just wanted to take a risk and just see where it went... He held her a long time in silence as he was thinking. What would he do?

I believe you know him--Cavan Carrick I believe--so that is one friend I have to worry less about---also,I had a plan about that---I know vampires changed their names? Maybe I'll change mine so the slayers won't suspect a thing---"Rosa looked deeply into Darcy's eyes,she had just thought of this plan.

Darcy frowned a bit and looked at Rosabel in a bit of worry. Surely it would be suspicious and there would be people looking for her. She couldn't just disappear, could she?

"I can also tip off a newspaper saying that Rosabel Destinee has gone to Paris for a little r&r and doesn't know when she will return."

Darcy thought for a minute. Clever girl... He smiled brightly at her and hugged her tight.
"You are clever dear child..."
He let go of the hug and looked deep into her eyes.

Rosabel looked deeply into his eyes as well as she replied,"Aren't I,my cunning master?"Rosa then traced the outline of his face and replied,"So---any ideas what I should change my name to? You after all are the reason that Rosabel Destinee has left Dark to get some relaxation--"She then winked at him,smiling slightly.

"Yes, you re my child! You are very clever."
Darcy thought about Rosa's question for a minute looking deep into her eyes, and then smiled.
"Lilly."
He was still worried for Rosa, but he did not show it, he didn't want to make her worry too. He just smiled at her and kissed her forehead gently.
