"I will keep it in mind." she said. "But you are okay now, right?" If he wasn't feel okay, Sandy would do anything she could to help him feel like himself again. |

Cavan took a deep breath and nodded in reply,he then said,"Yes,I am alright now--better even."Cavan then smiled and kissed Sandy softly and after he kissed her,he asked her,"Do you have any questions for me? Cavan smiled and kissed Sandy softly as he whispered,his breath upon her lips,"I know you have a lot of questions as do many of us. When you think of one,don't hesitate to ask me--I will be sure to tell you all I know."Cavan then kissed Sandy once more and glanced out the window to see that the last of the sun was setting. Cavan then whispered,"Listen,Sandy--I have to go prepare our food for the picnic--so,you think you could meet me at my apartment? In about two hours?"

"I will definately ask you as soon as I think of a good one." Sandy smiled and kissed him back softly. "Listen,Sandy--I have to go prepare our food for the picnic--so,you think you could meet me at my apartment? In about two hours?" She nodded. "Of course I can." she said, "Thanks to you, I have my truck back." She smiled, thinking of the day they met thanks to her truck breaking down. Cavan had fixed it for her. "It'll seem like forever till I see you again." She and kissed his lips softly. |

Cavan smiled and kissed her softly,he replied,"Don't make it seem like forever,Sandy--tell you what---I have an idea how you could feel like I am there with you. Just look at your picture of me on your phone and you are welcome to call me if you want to talk me while I am making our food. I will leave the phone on the speaker so that I can talk to you. How about that?"Cavan then could have swore that he heard a sound coming from Sandy's kitchen but he mentally shook it from his thoughts,just concentrating on Sandy.

How about that?" Sandy nodded and smiled lightly. "That works." she said. She then thought of a question. "Hey Cavan, I thought of a question and I really hope I'm not rude in asking this..." she trailled off and then said, "Can you go out in the sun...? Like during the day...?" She didn't know what the answer would be and she hoped Cavan wouldn't think she was rude by asking. |

If I am in the sun too long,I can become hungry and or die--which that does not happen on many occasions."Cavan then asked her,"Any other questions you have?"

"Not too much--You've heard of the show Moonlight,right?" Sandy nodded when Cavan asked that. Moonlight was her favorite show...well, until it was canceled but she still had every episode recorded. "Mick says that he cannot be in the sun for a long time,it is the same purpose with me. If I am in the sun too long,I can become hungry and or die--which that does not happen on many occasions." She smiled lightly. "I'd then be like Beth and be there to save you." She laughed lightly. "You're a delicate flower, Cavan Carrick." She was a true Moonlighter "Any other questions you have?" Ah,I remembered it like it was yesterday--"Cavan then smiled and told her,"You were wearing a long sleeved grey t-shirt,jean,boots and a brown jacket."Cavan then smiled as he looked into her eyes,he had remembered the night they met. He swore he would always remember it for all his life.

"You were wearing a long sleeved grey t-shirt,jean,boots and a brown jacket." She was surprised. That's exactly what she was wearing, ever down to the shoes. She tilted her head slightly to one side. "How can you remember that?" she asked. She thought he was going to make up something, like most guys. |
