Celeste smiled in their kiss. Every time Aston's lips touched hers, it set her body on fire and she loved that feeling. "Thank you,my love for understanding," "I've always understood you, Aston." she whispered. She kissed him back as he kissed her. She smiled lightly as he walked back to his seat. "You've certainly pulled out all the stops, Aston." she said when the servants brought out the dinner, "And all just for me." She felt gulity about not telling him that she was Darcy's mistress but she felt that was better left unspoken tonight. |

Aston laughed softly as he replied,"What's wrong with that,Celeste? I have just recently found you after being away for so long--I should want to have a great dinner planned for the both of us and maybe--a little dance under the moonlight,upon the balcony?"Aston then smiled as pieces of the chicken were cut.

"What's wrong with that,Celeste?" "Nothing," she said, "It just makes me think you are too good for me..." Her eyes looked down at her hands folded on her lap. "I have just recently found you after being away for so long--I should want to have a great dinner planned for the both of us and maybe--a little dance under the moonlight,upon the balcony?" "That sounds wonderful." she said with a light smile. She still felt like Aston was too good for her. |

Aston smiled as servants began to cut up pieces of the chicken and placed it upon Aston and Celeste's plates while another servant poured more wine into her goblets. Aston then replied,raising his glass,"To fate bringing us together again. Although I was a fool as to leave you.."

Celeste nodded in thanks to the servant who filled her wine glass again and the one who put a piece of chicken on her plate. She raised her glass when he did. "To fate bringing us together again. Although I was a fool as to leave you.." She smiled. "To fate and you are not a fool. Fate just thought we weren't ready to be together....but they have given us a new chance." She smiled at him. |

"Yes,and now fate has decided that we are to be together now and I thank them for eternity." "As do I." Celeste said with a smile. She then took a sip of some of her wine. She then began to eat some of her chicken. It wasn't long before Aston spoke again. "Celeste,tell me about your childhood? Were you and your siblings close?" Celeste thought for a moment. She hadn't thought on her childhood in such a long time. "Well...at times. We were like most siblings, trying to get our parents attention. I have a good childhood. Oceane and I ran around the grounds with our brother, Jonathan, all the time. We were never kept inside, huddled over our sewing, like most girls. We were always outside, having fun. Oceane and I fought a lot over a lot of things, taking the others dress, hat or other clothing or taking the other's doll. Other than that, my childhood was normal. The only remarkable time was when I was about thirteen, when I started to become pretty or so I have been told, and every stable boy, every one who had been after my sister before, was in love with me. It was the funniest thing." She laughed lightly at that memory. |

Aston listened through all of Celeste's tale of her childhood--it seemed that she and her sister had a pretty normal life. Aston knew that the two sisters would always be like that--he was just glad that Oceane did not like him or else there would be a rivalry here--Aston then laughed softly and replied,"That is funny--it seems you and your sister had a pretty normal sister childhood. I wish I was that lucky to have siblings--I was an only child."Aston's eyes sparkled as in the back of his mind,he remembered the night he and Celeste met. "Celeste---do you remember the night we met?"

Aston's eyes sparkled as he remembered their dance together and he knew that it was one of the best nights of his life and he knew that when he and Celeste met that it was love at first sight. Aston then smiled and said,"Ah,that dance--now,how was it that we were joined together for that dance?"

Celeste smiled as she remembered that dance. There was already so much passion in that dance...even though they did not know each other yet. ,"Ah,that dance--now,how was it that we were joined together for that dance?" "I still do not know." she told Aston truthfully, "But I believe fate had a hand in it. Fate always does in matters like this but I am glad it happened." She smiled, "As soon as I saw you, I knew I wanted to be yours forever and would never love another man after you." |

Aston smiled and replied,"And I felt the same--although many men were giving me jealous looks as I dance with you--"Aston then laughed softly and smiled."Fate seems to be on our side a lot lately."Aston then asked her,"Celeste,did you ever regret--I mean--did you regret any year that you were a vampire? Did you hate that I turned you?"
